Dr. Chestine Toth was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She received her Bachelor of Ars in Biology from the University of Hawaii in 2000, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2005. While in dental school, she received the Health Professionals Scholarship from the U.S. Army and joined the Army Dental Corps after graduation. She completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Fort Sill, Oklahoma in 2006. From 2009-2012, Dr. Toth attended her Periodontal Residency at Fort Gordon, Georgia while simultaneously earning her Master of Science in Oral Biology from Georgia Health Sciences University (now Augusta University) in Augusta, Georgia. After completing her residency, Dr. Toth moved to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii where she served as Chief of Periodontics and periodontics mentor for the two-year AEGD program. She has also served as an Assistant Professor of Periodontics for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). Her Army tours and deployments include: North America, Central America, Europe, and the Middle East.
After leaving full-time service with the U.S. Army, Dr. Toth and her family decided to make Cincinnati their permanent home. Her practice philosophy is to treat her patients with utmost compassion while providing the highest level of care. Dr. Toth and her husband have one daughter. Dr. Toth enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors, swimming, and Pure Barre workouts. She continues to serve our country part-time in the

My journey in the dental world started just over three years ago. Before that, I was a stay-at-home mom to my four beautiful children. I came into the dental world with very little knowledge, but I have since found a passion and extensive knowledge for what I do. I have also known from the beginning that this passion stems from the periodontal side of dentistry. I enjoy working with our patients to help them better understand treatment, procedures, and follow-up care. I am always ready to help guide our patients through the process of figuring out how to make the treatment a reality by explaining insurance or other financial options available to them. It is important to me that our patients know we care from the very first phone call to the end of treatment. You’re more than a patient to us.
When I am not at work, you can find me working on small home projects, taking walks in the park, or doing some crafts. I also love spending time with my children, family, and friends.

My journey in the dental field began just over eleven years ago. I began working in the dental field as a front desk patient coordinator. I had the opportunity to change positions and I began working as a dental assistant. With hands on training and my medical assisting background, I soon became very passionate about dentistry. I worked in General Dentistry for eight years and the opportunity came along for me to change positions once again. I began working as a Surgical Assistant with Dr. Toth three years ago and that was the best decision of my career! I have a passion for learning, and I love that I am privileged to learn new things from Dr. Toth. For me there is no greater reward than hearing our patients tell our staff how pleased they are with the treatment they have received from our office and are so happy they made the decision to allow us to be part of their dental story.
When I am not working, I enjoy taking my German Shepherd dog for walks at local parks, and I also enjoy spending time with my teenage niece, and my two godsons.
